Come sing along in French and join the amateur choir Les Moulins de mon
chœur!
The choir director is Britta Maria, a well-known professional singer. She also composes and
performs her own songs in French and Dutch (http://brittamaria.nl).
The choir rehearses songs by Zaz, Charles Aznavour, Edith Piaf, Louanne, Michel Fugain,
Jacques Brel, Françoise Hardy, Jacques Dutronc (…). We sometimes use a Dutch
translation for the texts and the singing instructions are given in Dutch by
Britta.

Some singing experience and knowledge of the French language are desirable, but the joy of
singing is paramount. If you do not know your vocal range, ask Britta during the first lesson.
Scores and texts will be given during the sessions.
The rehearsals take place on Tuesdays in Buurthuis in the 3 Krone (Oudegracht 227, 3511 NJ Utrecht) from 17.30 to 19.30 on the following dates : 16.09, 30.09, 14.10, 28.10, 11.11, 25.11, 09.12, 16.12, 06.01, 20.01 + concert
Maximum of 35 places.
10 lessons, a rehearsal (1 hour) and a performance.
