As an independent bookstore since 1865, Boekhandel Bijleveld is located at Janskerkhof 7, in the heart of Utrecht’s historic center. The bookstore carries an extensive selection of Dutch and English-language fiction and has a compact section of French and German literature. The bookstore also pays much attention to history, philosophy, current affairs, nature and science, art, literature about literature, poetry and the better children’s books.
For an optimal learning experience, our courses are taught entirely in French.
Our teachers are native French speakers. Please note that not all of our teachers speak Dutch (but all do speak English).
